  • 2006

    Summit Automotive Partners formed in December 2006 and headquartered in Denver, CO

  • 2009

    Summit Automotive Partners purchases Burt Toyota/Scion and Subaru franchises in Denver, CO and rebrands as Groove Auto

  • 2010

    In February Burt Ford and Mazda franchises in Denver, CO were purchased and rebranded under Groove Auto

  • 2016

    In December Groove Used Cars is purchased

  • 2017

    Groove Auto launches the Keep Driving campaign

  • 2018

    Groove Etc. is purchased

  • 2018

    Drive for Education exceeds $500,000 in grant awards.
